We ship to addresses within the United States.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO?
If your address is accepted at checkout, we can ship there. If you run into issues, email us at info@booneschews.com and we’ll help.
What if my package is delayed or marked delivered?
Carrier delays can happen. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check around your delivery area and with neighbors, then contact us so we can assist.

What’s your return window?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
What items are eligible for return?
To protect pets, chews must be unused and returned in their original condition. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out—we’ll review it case by case.
How do I start a return?
Email info@booneschews.com with your order number and a brief description (photos help). We’ll reply with next steps.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. If a replacement makes more sense, we’ll coordinate an exchange.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item or damaged in transit).
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it quickly.
